When you purchase a product on marmaladenails.com you are fully covered by our 30 day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If for ANY reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email at support@marmaladenails.com and we will refund your purchase in full, or offer a replacement product of equal or lesser value.

Refunds/Returns:
We required proof of purchase to process refunds. You can provide proof of purchase by informing us of your order number, or via the email used for your purchase. Upon verifying your purchase, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
